The history of Sinergis
Founded in 1984 under the name Jean Charles Bureautique, Sinergis initially established itself as a reseller and leader of Sage/Saari solutions, as well as the first IBM micro-computer reseller in the Caribbean.
Acquired in 1993 by the Pierre de Reynal Group, the company specialized in management IT for SMEs and adopted the name Sinergis. Then, in 2005, the company launched its SAGE FRP 1000 department. In 2010, it acquired PNL, an integrator specializing in the SAGE X3 ERP.
Originally consisting of agencies based in the French overseas territories, Sinergis naturally expanded across the Caribbean and Guyana. In recent years, it has also exported its expertise to mainland France. In 2021, an agency was established in Bordeaux, followed by a partnership with Parinet Informatique in 2023 in Périgueux.
